1. The service
Attos is an organizational administration platform operated by BDB Agencia de Marketing Digital (Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico). By using Attos, your organization accepts these terms. For any question write to info@bdbagency.com.
2. Acceptable use
Attos is used to administer your organization's work: tasks, statistics, contacts, conversations and documents. You may not use the platform to send spam, illegal content, impersonate anyone, attempt to breach its security, or resell access without authorization.
3. Responsibility of the business using Attos
The business using Attos is responsible for the content it records in Attos (contacts, messages, files) and for having the necessary consent from the people whose data it records or communicates with through the platform, including Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp conversations it connects. Attos processes that data only to provide the service to that business, per the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party integrations
Attos can connect to third-party services that your organization expressly authorizes: Meta Pages and accounts (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), Zoho Books, Google Drive or HighLevel, among others. Each integration is also subject to its own provider's terms; Attos is not responsible for changes that provider makes to its service.
5. Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or cancel an organization's access if it breaches these terms, uses the platform in a way that puts Attos, other organizations or third parties at risk, or has unpaid balances under the agreed terms. We will notify before suspending, unless the risk is immediate.
6. Limitation of liability
Attos is provided "as is", with reasonable effort to keep it available and secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BDB is not responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, nor for content organizations record in it or decisions they make based on it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, unless applicable law states otherwise.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a significant way, we will notify you inside the platform before the change takes effect.
